Permanent Make-up is a cosmetic technique that employs micro implantation of pigments using safe and modern technology. This class of treatments is also known as permanent cosmetics, dermapigmentation, micropigmentation, and cosmetic tattooing. NOTE: If this is your first time having permanent makeup done by Pickture Perfect Brows, your appointment will be considered a new client and initial session.
Microblading, also known by a variety of names such as embroidery, microstroking, feather touch and hair-like strokes, is a form of semi-permanent Makeup that provides a means to partially or fully camouflage missing eyebrow hair with the appearance of simulated hair using fine deposits of cosmetic tattoo pigments. This is a two-step process consisting of the initial microbladng session and perfecting session 6-8 weeks later. Microbladed brows can last anywhere from 9 months to two years depending on skin type, how they are taken care of during healing process, and/or if client comes back for the perfecting session.

BOOKING FEE AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
A $𝟏𝟎𝟎 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and must be paid within 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit your appointment. 𝐍𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so 𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 before your appointment date for the booking fee to be transferred to your new appointment. Failure to do so will result in an additional $100 fee to reschedule.
Only 2 reschedules will allow for the booking fee to be transferred. Otherwise, you forfeit the booking fee and must pay an additional $100 fee to reschedule.

OMBRE/POWDER/COMBO BROWS
Ombre’ or Powder brows are both done with a tattoo machine. They create a more filled in look versus a single hair-stroke look. If you are used to having a more filled in brow or apply pencil or powder daily, this is most likely the best alternative for you. Ombre’ is where the front of the eyebrow is shaded in lighter than the rest of the eyebrow. Powder is where the majority of the eyebrow is shaded or filled in but the edges of the entire eyebrow are a bit softer when healed so there will not an appearance of harsh lines.
